By credit card (Visa or Eurocard/Master Card). Please use the CREDIT CARD PAYMENT FORM, and send your credit card details by fax or post. Do NOT send your credit card details by e-mail.
There will be written confirmation of registration. If you do not receive confirmation of registration, please contact the Symposium Secretariat (scm-info-science@uva.nl)
Once registered, all fees must be paid, even if an individual has to withdraw and no fee has been paid at that date.
Cancellation of a confirmed registration must be made at least 4 weeks prior to the Symposium to avoid loss of fees. Cancellation after the 4 week limit is subject to a reduction of 30 % service charge. For cancellations received after January 15th 2011, the registration fee cannot be refunded. We are happy to welcome a substitute colleague at any time.
No refunding for partial absences will be considered.
